1.4 Meters Wide Flammability Test For Plastics For Fire Retardant Coating
Scope of application:
The test method can be used to measure the flame retardancy of the elastic non-woven ground layer (such as refractory rubber coating, refractory polyethylene asbestos tile and fire-proof linoleum).
Meet the standard:
In accordance with GB/T 1241-2005 (appendix C), the METHOD of "FLOOR COVERINGS, RESILIENT, NONTEXTILE: SAMPLING AND TESTING", METHOD 6411 "FIRE RESISTANCE" standard.
The flame retardant test device is shown in figure 1. The device has a hood, a gas burner and a sample holder mounted on a suitable frame.
Cover: the cover is made up of 62mm long horizontal flue and 457mm long vertical flue. The width of the flue is 203mm and the depth is 152mm. The horizontal flue plate is made of thin steel plate and the rest is made of asbestos. The front end of the base plate is about 203mm, leaving the burner for the burner.
Sample holder: the horizontal flue is fitted with a sample clip, which is made of low carbon steel. The steel plate of low carbon steel is 800mm long, 178mm wide and 3mm thick. Supported by a flange of 50.8mm in the base plate. The fitting position of specimen holder shall be at 76mm between the front and back end of the vertical flue, so that the hot gas under the sample will pass through the vertical flue.
Combustion furnace: in horizontal flue front has four side by side in the open air blast furnace, parallel to the sample holder front and center on both sides of the flue isometric 31.75 mm, furnace center should be located in the sample holder bottom 102 mm, 13 mm from the sample holder front-end, natural gas and air by ordinary manifold air supply.
At 15.6 ℃ (60 ℉) atmospheric pressure for 2032 mm high mercury, per cubic foot of calorific value of 2550 British thermal units. The gas is equipped with a controller, but the gas flow is controlled at 9.6 cubic feet per hour. As shown in figure 2
